Description
The following Error Code was received when managing an Intel® Optane™ memory device: 0xA008002E.
Resolution
The version of the Intel® RST driver is not supported by the version of the Application being used. An update may be available/required.
Steps to resolve:

Step 1: Disable Intel® Optane™ memory (if enabled).
Step 2: Uninstall the Application.
Step 3: Restart the system.
Step 4: Download the latest driver package.

- Always confirm the driver is supported for the platform in the release notes.
- Check with the system manufacturer for the latest available driver/application package as these may be customized for the system.

Step 5: Install the Driver and Application.
